摘要

目的

通过证据图谱方法系统识别、描述和评价孤独症儿童父母心理健康干预的相关研究证据。

方法

计算机检索建库至2024年8月中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMBASE，获取孤独症儿童父母心理健康干预的随机对照试验和系统评价/Meta分析。采用RoB 2.0和AMSTAR 2对纳入的研究进行质量评价，利用Excel对纳入的研究提取数据并编码，采用气泡图综合呈现纳入的研究内容。

结果

最终纳入8篇随机对照试验和3篇系统综述/Meta分析。研究共涉及5类干预类型和18种干预方法，其中团体干预4篇、家庭支持4篇、父母介导干预3篇、心理教育和正念疗法各1篇。10篇（90.91%）研究结论被归为“有益”或“可能有益”，但仅有3篇（27.27%）证据质量为“高质量”。同时，干预环境/背景主要为医院环境或线上网络。

结论

目前针对孤独症儿童父母心理健康的干预措施具有显著性效果，但纳入研究的证据质量有待提高。未来可以针对性地开展规范性、高质量的研究以提供循证依据。

Abstract

Objective

To systematically identify

characterize

and evaluate research evidence related to mental health interventions for parents of children with autism through evidence mapping.

Methods

Computerized searches were conducted to build the database until August 2024 on CNKI

Wanfang Data

VIP

CBM

PubMed

Cochrane Library

Web of Science

and EMBASE for randomized controlled trials and systematic reviews/Meta⁃analyses of mental health interventions for parents of children with autism. RoB 2.0 and AMSTAR 2 were used to evaluate the quality of the included studies

Excel was used to extract and code data from the included studies

and bubble charts were used to synthesize and present the included studies.

Results

Eight randomized controlled trials and three systematic reviews/Meta⁃analyses were included. A total of 5 intervention types and 18 intervention methods were covered

including group interventions

family support

parent⁃mediated interventions

psychoeducation

and mindfulness. The findings of 10 studies (90.91%) were categorized as "beneficial" or "potentially beneficial"

but the quality of evidence was "high quality" in only 3 studies (27.27%). Meanwhile

the intervention settings were mainly hospitals or online networks.

Conclusion

Current interventions targeting the mental health of parents of children with autism have demonstrable effects

but the quality of the evidence included in the studies needs to be improved. Future normative high⁃quality research could be targeted to provide an evidence base.
