摘要

目的

分析牙髓炎患者根管治疗术后血清CC趋化因子配体11（CCL11）、CX3‑趋化因子受体1（CX3CR1）水平变化与患者疼痛评分及生活质量的关系。

方法

选取2022年6月—2024年6月在西安交通大学口腔医院进行根管治疗术的牙髓炎患者116例为患病组，根据疼痛评分分为轻度疼痛组和重度疼痛组，根据生活质量评分分为高生活质量组和低生活质量组。采用ELISA法检测血清CCL11、CX3CR1水平，收集分析一般临床资料，Logistic回归分析患者疼痛程度及生活质量影响因素，Spearman分析血清CCL11、CX3CR1与疼痛评分及生活质量评分相关性。

结果

与治疗前相比，治疗后疼痛评分显著降低、生活质量评分显著升高（

0.05）；与轻度疼痛组相比，重度疼痛组血清CCL11、CX3CR1水平显著升高（

0.05）；牙冠修复、牙髓腐质质地以及血清CCL11、CX3CR1、C反应蛋白（CRP）均为影响患者疼痛程度的危险因素（

0.05）；与高生活质量组相比，低生活质量组血清CCL11、CX3CR1水平显著升高（

0.05）；牙冠修复以及血清CCL11、CX3CR1、CRP均为影响患者生活质量的危险因素（

0.05）；CCL11、CX3CR1与疼痛评分呈正相关（

0.05），与生活质量评分均呈负相关（

0.05）。

结论

牙髓炎患者根管治疗术后血清CCL11、CX3CR1与患者疼痛评分及生活质量具有一定相关性。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate and analyze the changes in serum levels of CC chemokine ligand 11 (CCL11) and CX3 chemokine receptor 1 (CX3CR1) in patients with pulpitis after root canal therapy

and their relationship with pain scores and quality of life.

Methods

A total of 116 patients with pulpitis who underwent root canal therapy in College of Stomatology

Xi'an Jiaotong University from June 2022 to June 2024 were included

and were grouped into mild pain group and severe pain group based on pain scores

as well as grouped into high quality of life group and low quality of life group based on quality of life scores. ELISA method was applied to detect the levels of serum CCL11 and CX3CR1. General clinical data were collected and analyzed. Logistic regression was applied to analyze the factors influencing the degree of pain and quality of life. Spearman was applied to analyze the correlation between serum CCL11/CX3CR1 with pain score and quality of life score.

Results

Compared with those before treatment

the pain score decreased and the quality of life score increased significantly after treatment (

0.05). Compared with those in the mild pain group

the serum levels of CCL11 and CX3CR1 were significantly higher in the severe pain group (

and C‑reactive protein (CRP) were all risk factors to the degree of pain (

0.05). Compared with those in the high quality of life group

the serum levels of CCL11 and CX3CR1 in the low quality of life group were significantly higher (

and CRP were all risk factors to the quality of life (

0.05). CCL11 and CX3CR1 were positively correlated with pain scores (

0.05) and negatively correlated with quality of life scores (

0.05).

Conclusion

Serum CCL11 and CX3CR1 in patients with pulpitis after root canal therapy are correlated with their pain scores and quality of life.
