摘要

目的

探讨运动疗法联合脑反射治疗在慢性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。

方法

选取苏州市广济医院2023年1月—2024年5月期间收治的慢性精神分裂症患者106例，随机分成对照组和研究组（各53例）。对照组在常规抗精神病药物治疗的同时实施脑反射治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予运动疗法。比较两组阴性症状[阴性症状评定量表（SANS）]、康复效果[morning side康复状态量表（MRSS）]、心理韧性[心理韧性量表（CD⁃RISC）]、认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）]及生活质量[精神分裂症患者生活质量量表（SQLS）]。

结果

干预后，两组SANS、MRSS和SQLS的各维度评分及总分均降低，且研究组均低于对照组（

0.05）；两组CD⁃RISC和MoCA各维度评分及总分均升高，且研究组均高于对照组（

0.05）。

结论

针对慢性精神分裂症患者，运动疗法联合脑反射治疗具有确切康复效果，可改善其阴性症状，提高心理韧性水平和生活质量，促进认知功能恢复。

Abstract

Objective

To explore the application effect of kinesitherapy combined with brain reflex therapy in patients with chronic schizophrenia.

Methods

A total of 106 patients with chronic schizophrenia admitted to Suzhou Guangji Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into control group and study group (53 cases each). The control group was treated with conventional antipsychotic drugs and brain reflex therapy

while the study group was given kinesitherapy based on the control group. The negative symptoms (scale for assessment of negative symptoms (SANS))

rehabilitation effect (morning side rehabilitation status scale (MRSS))

psychological resilience (Connor⁃Davidson resilience scale (CD⁃RISC))

cognitive function (Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA)) and quality of life (schizophrenia quality of life scale (SQLS)) were compared between the two groups.

Results

After the intervention

scores across all dimensions and total scores of SANS

MRSS

and SQLS decreased in both groups

with the study group showing significantly lower scores than the control group (

0.05). Conversely

scores for all dimensions and total scores of CD⁃RISC and MoCA increased in both groups

with the study group demonstrating significantly higher scores than the control group (

0.05).

Conclusion

For patients with chronic schizophrenia

kinesitherapy combined with brain reflex therapy demonstrates definite rehabilitation efficacy

improving negative symptoms

enhancing psychological resilience and quality of life

and promoting the recovery of cognitive function.
