摘要

随着畜牧业减抗限抗政策持续推进，传统抗生素防控引发的细菌耐药性、药物残留及食品安全隐患等问题愈发突出。中草药资源广泛、药理作用多样，具备低残留、低耐药、安全性高的天然优势，是适配绿色养殖发展的优质防控资源。本文系统梳理了近年国内外相关研究，全面阐述中草药防控生猪疫病的相关作用机制，分类总结了抗菌、抗病毒、扶正保健类中草药的药理特征，归纳了单味药材及经典复方在生猪细菌性、病毒性疫病的临床效果，这类方药可抑制病原、增强机体免疫，改善疫病临床症状，降低养殖发病损失；同时指出了现阶段中草药应用存在的现实瓶颈，主要包括药效物质基础与作用靶点界定不清、质量评价体系不统一、规范化临床研究数据匮乏等问题，为推动中草药在生猪疫病防控中的规范化、规模化应用提供参考。

Abstract

Problems of the bacterial resistance

drug residues

and risks of food security caused by the traditional prevention and control of antibiotics have become increasingly prominent with the continuous promotion of policies on reducing and limiting the use of antibiotics in animal husbandry. Chinese herbal medicines have a wide range of resources

diverse pharmacological effects

and natural advantages of low residue

low drug tolerance

and high safety. It is a high-quality resource of prevention and control suitable for the development of green farming industry. This article systematically reviewed relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years

comprehensively elaborated the mechanism of action of Chinese herbal medicine in preventing and controlling pig diseases

classified and summarized the pharmacological characteristics of antibacterial

antiviral

and health promoting in Chinese herbal medicines. The clinical effects of single herbs and classic compound formulas on bacterial and viral diseases in pigs were summarized. These herbs can inhibit pathogens

enhance the immune system of body

improve clinical symptoms of diseases

and reduce losses caused by diseases in farming. The current bottlenecks in the application of traditional Chinese medicine mainly including the unclear definition of the substance basis of pharmacology

the target of action

inconsistent system of evaluating quality

and the lack of standardized clinical data were pointed out. It will provide insights and references for overcoming these shortcomings in the application of Chinese herbal medicines in preventing and controlling pig diseases.
