摘要

依据1978-2025年的统计数据，本文分析江苏油菜在面积、单产、总产方面的变化特点，以及油菜在江苏省内不同区域的种植分布情况，分析油菜在田块类型、茬口类型、规模发展、栽播方式、品种应用等方面的种植特点，以及油菜生产效益和多功能应用情况。针对当前油菜生产中扩种难度大、茬口衔接矛盾、机械化发展慢等制约因素，提出下一步江苏油菜发展的重点是提高单产水平，建议在加大政策投入、合理茬口衔接、培树高产典型、延伸产业链等方面发力，提高油菜综合生产效益，以期为加快推动江苏油菜产业高质量发展提供参考。

Abstract

Based on the statistical data from 1978 to 2025

this paper investigates the changing characteristics of rapeseed in Jiangsu Province in terms of sown area

yield per unit area

and total output. Additionally

it examines the planting conditions of rapeseed across different regions of Jiangsu

as well as its planting characteristics as field type

stubble type

scale development

planting and sowing methods

variety application

etc. The production benefit and multifunctional application of rapeseed are also reviewed.Given the constraints currently plaguing rapeseed production—including challenges in expanding cultivation scale

contradictions in crop rotation scheduling

and the slow pace of mechanization adoption—this paper argues that future development should prioritize improving yield per unit area. It recommends improving the comprehensive production efficiency of rapeseed in terms of increasing policy inputs

rationally linking up stubble

cultivating high-yield models

and extending the industrial chain

to improve the comprehensive production efficiency of rapeseed

with a view to providing reference for accelerating high-quality development of rapeseed industry in Jiangsu.
