摘要

以ADC12压铸铝割草机曲轴箱体为例，介绍基于UG NX压铸模具CAD快速成型系统，阐述了铝合金压铸模设计的一般流程。通过三维建模对曲轴箱体进行分型面设计，结合材料特性确定型腔布局与浇注系统方案，利用UG NX完成型芯、型腔、模架的标准化设计与选型，设计顶出机构与侧抽芯机构。该系统通过模块化建模，显著缩短开发周期，为压铸模具的快速开发提供参考。

Abstract

Taking crankshaft box of ADC12 die-casting aluminum lawn mower as instance， CAD rapid prototyping system based on UG NX die-casting mold was introduced， and the general process of aluminum alloy die-casting mold design was expounded. The parting surface of crankshaft box was designed through 3D modeling， and cavity layout as well as gating system scheme were determined combined with material characteristics. Meanwhile，the standardized design and selection of core， cavity and framework were completed by UG NX to design ejection and side core-pulling mechanism. The system significantly shortens the development cycle through modular modeling， providing technical reference for rapid development of die casting molds.
