摘要

目的

研究睡眠障碍与雄激素性脱发的相关性，阐明失眠对雄激素性脱发的作用。

方法

将研究对象分为雄激素性脱发组和无脱发组，采用线上结合线下方式发放问卷，问卷内容包括一般资料问卷、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表、Epworth嗜睡量表和阿森斯失眠量表，运用SPSS 26.0软件进行数据分析。

结果

共收回有效问卷380份，针对性别进行亚组分析并排除相关混杂因素影响后，发现雄激素性脱发组的睡眠质量显著低于无脱发组，前者的日间嗜睡和夜间失眠症状也更加明显，差异具有统计学意义（

0.05）。对雄激素性脱发的影响因素进行二元Logistic回归分析，发现失眠是雄激素性脱发的独立危险因素。

结论

睡眠障碍与雄激素性脱发的关系密切，失眠作为一个独立危险因素，可以加剧雄激素性脱发的表现。

Abstract

Objective

To investigate the correlation between sleep disorders and androgenetic alopecia

and to clarify the role of insomnia in androgenetic alopecia.

Methods

The subjects were divided into androgenetic alopecia group and non‑alopecia group. Questionnaires were distributed online and offline

including a general information questionnaire

Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI)

The Epworth Sleeping Scale (ESS)

and Athens Insomnia Scale （AIS）. Statistical analyses were performed by SPSS 26.0.

Results

A total of 380 valid questionnaires were collected. After conducting subgroup analysis based on gender

while excluding the influence of confounding factors

we found that the androgenetic alopecia group had significantly poorer sleep quality than the non‑alopecia group did. Moreover

symptoms of daytime sleepiness and nocturnal insomnia were more pronounced in the former group

with statistically significant differences (

0.05). Binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify influencing factors for androgenetic alopecia

which indicated that insomnia serves as an independent risk factor for this condition.

Conclusion

There exists a close association between sleep disorders and androgenetic alopecia. Insomnia

as an independent risk factor

can exacerbate the development of androgenetic alopecia.
