摘要

目的

研究阿尔茨海默病（AD）患者的睡眠与神经心理因素的相关性。

方法

采用简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表（PSQI）、患者健康问卷⁃9（PHQ⁃9）以及多导睡眠监测（PSG）共5种临床手段对30例AD患者进行睡眠质量和神经心理状况评估，分析其相关性。

结果

（1）MMSE和MoCA量表总分均提示患者在中度认知障碍的范围内；PHQ⁃9总分为（7.00±7.75）分，表示患者可能有轻度抑郁症状；PSQI总分为（7.56±4.53）分，患者存在睡眠障碍；（2）AD患者在MMSE及MoCA量表的各维度与PSQI各维度均无显著相关性。在PHQ⁃9量表中进食障碍、精神运动迟缓以及PHQ⁃9总分与PSQI中的日间功能障碍呈显著相关性（

0.05）。

结论

本研究表明AD患者的睡眠障碍与抑郁状态相关，可通过改善患者的睡眠质量以缓解其抑郁状态。

Abstract

Objective

To study the correlation between sleep and neuropsychological factors in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD).

Methods

Mini⁃mental status examination (MMSE)

Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA)

Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)

patient health questionnaire⁃9 (PHQ⁃9)

and polysomnography (PSG) were used to evaluate the sleep quality and neuropsychological status of 30 AD patients. Their correlation was analyzed.

Results

(1) The total scores of MMSE and MoCA indicated that the patients were within the range of moderate cognitive impairment; the total score of PHQ⁃9 was 7.00±7.75

indicating mild depressive symptoms; the total PSQI score was 7.56±4.53

with sleep disturbance. (2) There was no significant correlation between the dimensions of MMSE

MoCA

and PSQI in AD patients. In the PHQ⁃9 scale

eating disorder

psychomotor delay

and total score were significantly correlated with daytime

dysfunction on PSQI (

0.05).

Conclusion

This study shows that sleep disturbance is associated with depressive states

and the depressive state of AD patients can be alleviated by improving their quality of sleep.
