摘要

急性肺损伤（ALI）/急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）是临床常见的急性进行性肺部炎症反应性疾病。因其病因和发病机制错综复杂，目前尚无针对性的特效药。动力相关蛋白1(Drp1)是调节线粒体裂变的关键因子，参与调控ALI/ARDS的病理生理过程，同时Drp1抑制剂mdivi‑1能有效缓解ALI/ARDS的发生发展。本文就Drp1调控ALI/ARDS病理生理过程及机制展开综述，以期为Drp1靶向药物的临床应用提供依据和参考，并为后续研究Drp1调控ALI/ARDS提供方向。

Abstract

Acute lung injury (ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is a common acute progressive inflammatory disease in clinical practice. Due to its complex etiology and pathogenesis

there is currently no targeted and effective treatment. Dynamin related protein 1 (Drp1) is a key factor in regulating mitochondrial fission and is involved in the pathogenesis of ALI/ARDS. Meanwhile

the Drp1 inhibitor mdivi‑1 can effectively alleviate the progression of ALI/ARDS. This article reviews the pathogenesis and mechanisms of Drp1 regulation in ALI/ARDS. It aims to provide a basis and reference for the clinical application of Drp1⁃targeted drugs and to guide future research on Drp1 regulation in ALI/ARDS.
