摘要

圆韧带是髋关节内韧带，这一韧带功能的重要性日益得到研究者们的重视。圆韧带损伤的诊断依靠髋关节镜下检查与3.0T磁共振成像技术，而治疗则涉及包括髋关节镜下清创、韧带重建术及关节囊紧缩成形术等多种术式方法。本文对髋关节圆韧带损伤的诊断与治疗进展进行了文献复习与综述，旨在进一步指导临床实践。

Abstract

The ligamentum teres is an internal ligament of the hip joint

and with the deepening of research

the importance of this ligament's function has been increasingly recognized by researchers. Diagnosis of ligamentum teres injury is based on hip arthroscopy and 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging

while treatment involves a variety of surgical methods

including hip arthroscopic debridement

ligament reconstruction

and capsular tightenoplasty. This article reviews the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of ligamentum teres injuries of the hip joint

aiming to further guide clinical practice.
