摘要

心脏移植手术是治疗终末期心力衰竭的最佳治疗方式，而影响心脏移植术后患者生存率的重要原因为排斥反应的发生。移植物内皮细胞表面所表达的抗原与受体内免疫系统相互作用所产生的体液免疫、细胞免疫反应在排斥反应中起到核心作用。内皮细胞表达抗原种类及数量的检测可作为预测术后治疗效果的重要指标，以移植物内皮系统为靶点的不同治疗方式的研究具有广阔的前景。

Abstract

Nowadays

heart transplantation is the best way to treat end‑stage heart failure

and the major cause of graft failure is rejection. The humoral and cellular immunity caused by the interaction between antigens presented on the endothelial cells of the graft and the immune system are the core mechanisms of rejection. Antigens expressed on the endothelial cells can be regarded as an important indicator predicting the outcome of the transplantation

and research on treatments targeting the graft endothelium holds great promise.
