摘要

目的

系统评价性行为促进10 mm以内输尿管结石排出的临床效果，为此提供相应循证医学证据。

方法

本研究检索并纳入了知网、万方、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science （WOS）及Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL)中2023年5月31日前有关性行为促进输尿管结石排出的文献，提取排石率、排石时间及日需止疼药物剂次等数据，应用ADDIS 1.16.8进行贝叶斯网状Meta分析，应用STATA 16.0进行敏感性分析。

结果

纳入4篇随机对照试验（RCT）研究，共416名患者。患者结石直径均在10 mm以下，其被分为常规治疗组、性行为组（3~4次/周性行为）及坦索罗辛组。两两对比结果表明，性行为组排石率、排石时间及日需止疼剂次优于常规治疗组；性行为组排石率高于坦索罗辛组，但其排石时间及日需止疼剂次与坦索罗辛组无明显差异。敏感性分析提示，排石时间及日需止疼剂次（性行为组

常规治疗组）分析结果稳健。贝叶斯网状Meta分析结果表明，研究模型一致性及收敛性良好，常规治疗组排石率明显低于性行为组及坦索罗辛组，性行为组排石率明显高于坦索罗辛组；常规治疗组日需止疼药物剂次明显高于性行为组。排石率、排石时间及日需止疼药物剂次等级排序结果皆提示：性行为组

坦索罗辛组

常规治疗组。

结论

对于输尿管下段10 mm以内结石而言，3~4次/周性行为可促进其排出，可能是一种有效的非手术治疗手段。

Abstract

Objective

To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of sexual intercourse on ureteral stones less than 10 mm and to provide evidence‑based medical evidence.

Methods

We searched and included studies about the effect of sexual intercourse on the lower ureteral stone before May 31

Web of Science （WOS）

and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL)

and extracted some data (the stone‑removal rate

daily analgesic doses and so on) for further analysis using ADDIS 1.16.8 and STATA 16.0.

Results

A total of four randomized controlled trial (RCT) studies were finally included

with a total of 416 patients. Their stones were less than 10 mm in diameter and were divided into the conventional treatment group

and tamsulosin group. The results of pairwise comparison showed that the stone‑free rate
