For the scenario where transformer core materials are in a multi-physical field coupling environment under new energy grid connection
a measurement system for the magnetic properties of core materials is developed and established
in which the influencing factors such as magnetization frequency
magnetization intensity
mechanical stress
and temperature are comprehensively considered. The system features a vertically double-U-shaped wound excitation yoke design
which reduces eddy current losses in the yoke to ensure the saturated magnetization inside the sample. A high-temperature resistant non-contact double-H-coil is introduced to minimize the interference of stress loading on measurement accuracy. Furthermore
a closed-loop control system combining ceramic chip heating and electric push rods is adopted to realize precise regulation of temperature and stress. By comparing the measurement results with standard magnetic measurement data
the reliability and accuracy of the system are verified. On this basis
the magnetic properties of grain-oriented silicon steel and amorphous ribbons are measured
and the variation laws of magnetic properties under the synergistic effect of multi-physical fields are analyzed. The research results provide key technical supports for the optimized design of high-efficiency and energy-saving distribution transformers and are of great significance for promoting energy conservation and consumption reduction in electrical equipment.
