摘要

为探究覆盖处理对火龙果根际土壤及果实品质的影响，以‘黔蜜龙’火龙果为试验材料，利用火龙果果园套种产生的凤梨废弃植株进行覆盖处理（SM），不覆盖为对照（CK），覆盖1 a后采集土壤样品及果实样品，分析凤梨废弃植株覆盖处理对火龙果根际土壤的理化性质、酶活性、土壤微生物群落结构多样性及火龙果果实品质的影响。结果显示，与对照相比，覆盖后火龙果根际土壤有机质含量增加了119.26%，显著提高了土壤养分含量，硝酸还原酶活性、脲酶活性、纤维素酶活性和蔗糖酶活性分别显著提高了107.37%、13.70%、16.37%和25.74%，火龙果单果质量、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量和可滴定酸含量分别提升22.10%、5.80%、3.25%和11.76%；覆盖显著提高细菌变形菌门、酸杆菌门以及真菌子囊菌门和担子菌门的相对丰度，较对照分别提高了20.35%、15.81%、12.08%和58.58%，细菌绿弯菌门和放线菌门的相对丰度较对照显著降低了16.13%和12.97%；Alpha多样性分析结果显示，覆盖对土壤细菌群落的影响不显著；真菌群落的Shannon指数、Simpson指数、Invsimpson指数和Pielou指数较对照显著提高了37.72%、15.66%、61.42%和60.00%；相关性分析及结构方程模型显示，土壤碱解氮是影响火龙果果实可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量的主效因子，其次是土壤脲酶活性。以上结果表明，凤梨废弃植株覆盖措施可显著增加土壤有机质含量，利于土壤细菌群落和真菌群落繁殖，调节土壤微生物群落结构多样性和丰度，正向提高土壤碱解氮含量和脲酶活性，提升火龙果果实产量及内在品质。

Abstract

The ‘Qianmilong’ pitaya fruit variety was used to study the factors affecting the effects of mulching on the rhizosphere soil and the quality of pitaya fruit. Pineapple residue generated from intercropping in pitaya orchards was used for mulching treatment （SM）， with no mulching as the control （CK）. Samples of soil and fruit were collected after one year of coverage to analyze the effects of mulching pineapple residue on the physicochemical properties， activity of enzyme， structural diversity of microbial community in rhizosphere soil， and the quality of pitaya fruit. The results showed that，compared to the control，mulching increased soil organic matter content by 119.26% and significantly enhanced overall soil nutrient levels .The activities of nitrate reductase，urease，cellulase，and sucrase significantly increased by 107.37%、13.70%、16.37% and 25.74%，respectively.Regarding fruit quality，single fruit weight，total soluble solids，soluble sugar，and titratable acid increased by 22.10%，5.80%，3.25%，and 11.76%，respectively.Mulching significantly increased the relative abundances of bacterial phyla Proteobacteria and Acidobacteriota and fungal phyla Ascomycota and Basidiomycota by 20.35%，15.81%，12.08% and 58.58%， respectively.The relative abundances of bacterial Chloroflexi and Actinobacteriota were significantly reduced by 16.13% and 12.97%，respectively. The results of Alpha diversity analysis showed that mulching had no significant effect on the bacterial communities in soil. The Shannon index， Simpson index， Invasimpson index， and Pielou index of fungal communities in SM significantly increased by 37.72%， 15.66%， 61.42%， and 60.00% compared to that in CK. The results of correlation analysis and structural equation modeling showed that the alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen in soil was the primary factor driving the content of total soluble solids and titratable acid in pitaya fruit， followed by the activity of urease in soil. It is indicated that the measure of mulching pineapple residue can significantly increase the content of organic matter in soil， promote the proliferation of bacterial and fungal communities in soil， regulate the structural diversity and abundance of microbial community in soil， positively improve the content of alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and the activity of urease in soil， and enhance the yield and intrinsic quality of pitaya fruit.
